What do I do if I have an emergency?
If you have an emergency during business hours try to call first so we can briefly discuss the situation and get materials ready for your arrival. If it is after business hours or a holiday, please call the Animal Emergency Center (563) 344-9599 located at 2810 State St. Bettendorf, IA.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, so we can make sure we have a doctor available to see your pet in a timely fashion.
What is the number for poison control?
Please call 1 (888) 426-4435.
What if I am running late?
If you are running late or have conflict with your appointment, do let us know. If there is kennel space, you can drop off your pet for a procedure and return for pick-up at your convenience.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept cash, check and credit/debit card. We can also direct you to a local firm that can handle financing if needed.
What if I have an emergency?
We are flexible if your pet is having an emergency and can work with your schedule to meet your pet’s needs.
